Developed in partnership between Inspired Life CIC and Canoe Trail, with support from Sport England, Adventure School has gone from strength to strength providing adventurous activities, learning outside the classroom, and development of life skills for thousands of young people.
Participants will learn adventure and outdoor skills, take part in watersports activities, have fun, and make new friends. They will use life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Activities range between our 'wet & wild' and 'woodland wild' programmes as well as team challenges and games.
Sir Ranulph Fiennes
“Adventure School is a fantastic programme for young people offering a blend of outdoor activities and all-important life skills. I have long maintained on my expeditions that selecting people with the right personal attributes is the key to success as you can teach and train the technical aspects. I am convinced that Adventure School will provide many young people with the foundation and grounding in life skills such as teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and decision making to give them the best start in life. It will change lives and help prepare them for future challenges. Happy adventuring.”
